Liven up the beach with the Spritz on the Beach Mobile Bar, a stylish cocktail bar on wheels designed to serve Aperol Spritz. We designed and built this eye-catching water bike specifically for a summer spritz-themed beach party. At the request of an advertising agency for the launch of a drink in a popular tourist destination, we decided to create this mobile beach bar. To do so, our technicians equipped a water bike with a refrigerator and ice buckets, transforming it into a cocktail bar perfect for photos and videos. The large orange wheels and awning make this Aperol Spritz mobile bar a fun and central feature on the beach. Thanks to its distinctive shape and refined finish, this cocktail bar became the highlight of the advertising event, capturing everyone’s attention and leaving a lasting impression.

For the original Spritz, Italy’s most popular cocktail, we designed a complete pop-up concept: the Aperol Spritz beach bar. A mobile kiosk, both on the beach and in the sea, that would serve as a cocktail bar and merchandise shop. We wanted to capture the unmistakable charm of Italian Aperol Spritz culture and bring it directly to the beach. To do this, our engineers started with a water bike and redesigned it into a fully functional mobile bar. We integrated everything a mobile cocktail bar needs: first, a freezer and a refrigerated dispenser for serving frozen cocktails. Second, a sink with running water and water tanks. Third, solar panels on the roof power the refrigerator and other electronics. Finally, we painted everything orange to complete the authentic look of the Aperol Spritz kiosk. The result was a mobile cocktail bar for the beach, with a familiar and unmistakably Italian atmosphere.

Second, the large floating high-density polyethylene (PE) wheels and propeller allow it to navigate the water like a boat. Third, propulsion is available via pedals or an optional electric motor. Fourth, the flexible 200W photovoltaic solar panels power the refrigerator 24/7. Finally, it has a large load capacity of up to 180 kg, while maintaining compact dimensions. In fact, the water bike measures just 3200 x 2000 x 2000 mm (L x W x H).
