Our innovative Ice Cream Cart is a 3 wheel electric bike equipped with a freezer and running water system. It is a self-sufficient mobile ice cream parlor that does not require an electrical outlet or an external water tap. In fact, if you add the solar power kit, you don’t need to charge the battery with a power outlet. SunPower solar panels on the roof are capable of producing enough electricity for both the motor and the freezer.
