Azure Engineering & Construction Dept. offers innovative, maintenance free and eco friendly ventilation systems to stay cool and dry in your home preventing heat and moisture. Great comfort, low electrical bills and long roof life. Sunny days means warm temperatures, and when reaching 30°C or more, the heat causes problems in your home: Living spaces become uncomfortable, Structures can deteriorate for the change of temperature night / day, Air conditioners have to work 24 hour to keep rooms comfortable. Our ventilation system can solve all above problems by removing the excess of heat from your home. The additional cooling in the house is given by an intelligent fireplace placed on the highest part of the building that manages the air flow by using the different air pressure between top and land level. It is much more efficient than a fan attached to the ceiling. Thanks to above systems, the temperature of the house can be 10°C below of the outdoor temperature.
Solar Lighting System

Our technology is based on capturing the sun’s rays outdoor and bringing daylight indoor thanks to an high performance mirror system. Even if your apartment is on the ground floor and the window overlooks a dark alley, you can enjoy the light of the sun simply by placing our main mirror on the roof (or on the side of the building exposed to the sun), and our system of mirrors will deliver the sun’s rays into your room! Your eyes will say thank you. We produce innovative, energy efficient and eco friendly lighting solutions to bring the sun where traditional skylights and windows cannot reach. Our daylighting system is modular and easy to connect to the ceiling system as an ordinary chandelier.
