By placing an order online you automatically agree to our terms and conditions:
Once an order is placed, we will send you an automatic message as a receipt of your order. Within 24 hour our sales team will send an email confirming the order and delivery time (It may take 10 – 30 days depending on product and country of destination). After your confirmation we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order in case of your remorse. If we are unable to cancel your shipment, you will need to follow the warranty and returns policy.
By placing your order with AzureBikes you agree to have the product shipped with the signature required at time of delivery. Customer may not be able to schedule a specific delivery date or time. If necessary, customer may have the option to schedule a pick-up at the shipper’s pick-up location. For lost packages, we will file a lost claim with the carrier, however if they deny that claim we will not be able to make any reimbursements.
Actual colors of the bicycle may vary slightly from the photos due to different monitor calibrations. We cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the bicycle.

Please Note: Due to the shortage of raw materials and due to increasing logistics and shipping costs, product pricing and technical specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Assembly

We ship our products 80% assembled. E-bikes are easy to assemble with basic bicycle knowledge, however, we recommend having your ebike professionally assembled.

Warranty

By placing an order online you automatically agree to our terms and conditions:
Limited Warranty: We offer a warranty in all parts for 2-year after the received date. Defectives can be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase. Warranty is only valid for original parts or goods, and it will be voided once the original parts are replaced or removed.
We will replace the components that are determined to be defective under normal use and service during the applicable warranty term. Warranties do not apply to any item that has been abused, misused, altered by component parts substitutions, customized or used for rental or other commercial uses. The sole remedy under our warranty is limited to the replacement of broken parts. Transportation costs and labor charges incurred in the replacement of component parts are not covered by warranty. Exclusions may apply to products used for stunt riding or any kind of racing, and improper maintenance, etc.
Any scratches or dents to frame, wheels, fenders, forks, or any other parts are not covered. Any damage to wear parts as tires, brale pads, pedals, cranks, stem, seat, seat post clamp, wheel axles, etc. are not covered. We do not cover gear or brake adjustments, nor any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on a bicycle by the customer. We do not warranty any damage as a result of any kind of accident or from dropping the bicycle. Warranty only applies to products that have been professionally assembled. Please submit a proof of professional assembly within 10 days after receiving the item.
Steps to Activation: Arrange for your item to be professionally assembled by an authorized mechanic. Ask the mechanic to provide proof of a receipt. Send us via email a copy of the proof of assembly document.
What the warranty doesn’t cover: Normal wear and tear, Improper assembly, Improper maintenance, Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse, Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally used for.

Shipping Policy

Any damage caused during shipping will be submitted a claim to the shipping company. No replacement bike will be shipped until the legitimacy is confirmed. We will require photos or videos of the damage parts in order to make replacements. If major damages occur during shipping, please take pictures and contact us. After we receive the damaged items or parts, the replacements will be shipped. Please note that additional fee may be charged for shipping fees or replacement parts.

Return Policy

All Sales are final, no refunds, exchanges or returns is allowed. In few cases we can give authorization to return your item due to dissatisfaction. Product must be in a brand new, unused condition and refund will be given less shipping costs and only 80% of the total amount will be credited back to you. However, the freight and handling fees will not the refunded.

Bike & Scooters Safety Disclaimer

All products sold online are machineries designed for use by adults in fully controlled and safe environments. As the owner of the bike / scooter, you are responsible with the task of keeping the rider safe at all times. It is important that the responsible adult gives full attention at all times when using it. Electric bikes can be ridden where ordinary bikes are allowed. But it is your responsibility to check any local restriction. There are some risks associated with the use of a bike which cannot be predicted, and which are the sole responsibility of the rider.

Before Riding Your Electric Bike / Scooter

Pump up the tires
Charge the battery
Check the derailleur and adjust if necessary
Check the wheel spokes and true the wheels if necessary
Check the brake pads for proper alignment and adjust if necessary
Check the brake levers and brake cable for proper tightness and adjust if necessary.
Assure the height of the seat and adjust if necessary.
If you fail to properly perform these pre-ride checks, take your new bike to your local bike shop to perform these necessary pre-ride checks.
An eBike is not a toy, it is a vehicle, and without proper care taken during assembly, it can be dangerous. You are responsible for all assembly, and maintenance cost incurred from any bike shop.

Battery Risk

Improper use and charging of a lithium Ion battery could cause serious injury to the product, property, or persons. If the battery is damaged in any way, do not use the product and find a local electrical shop immediately. It is your responsibility to maintain safe storage and treatment of the battery at all times. Only use the charger that you found with the bike / scooter. Keep your device out of high or low temperature locations. Do not place the battery in direct sunshine, and never store the battery inside cars in hot or cold weather. Do not expose the battery to water.
Do not continue charging the battery if it does not recharge within 6 – 8 hour. Doing so may cause the battery to become hot and explode. Do not use your charger if you notice any damage to the battery. If you suspect damage to the battery or charger, email us. Do not disassemble or modify the battery in any way. Modifying your electronic significantly increases the risk of explosion. Please reference your Manual which provides important information regarding safety and maintenance of your bike / scooter.
